RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We’ve Got You.

At Feeling 7OH, we stand behind our product and we want you to be happy with your order. If something’s off or doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund. We can’t take back opened or used products (we hope that makes sense), but if your package is still sealed and unused, we’ll help you out.

2. Damaged or Defective?

If your item shows up damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and a few photos so we can see what’s going on. We’ll either replace it or refund you, whatever makes the most sense.

3. No Returns on Opened Products

Because of the nature of what we sell, we can’t accept returns on anything that’s been opened, used, or consumed. Thanks for understanding.

4. Don’t Be Weird

We keep an eye out for suspicious or repeated refund requests. We reserve the right to decline returns or issue refunds if we suspect fraud or abuse.
